Recently, my uncle had the pleasure of dealing with the JetBlue Airways Denver Office and he had an absolutely amazing experience. He was greeted with a friendly and polished environment as soon as he entered the office, which instantly made him feel important as a client. The employees went above and beyond to make sure that all of his questions were addressed in a clear and comprehensive manner. They were polite, focused, and really knowledgeable.
The individual help he received in rescheduling his flight after an unexpected change in his travel arrangements was one of the highlights of his vacation. He was given assistance by a person who listened to his circumstances and painstakingly sought out the finest alternatives. Along with finding him a convenient flight, they also assisted him in avoiding any additional fees, which was a very kind gesture that he greatly valued.
