PROCESS

Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

A hint of sweetness tempers the darkness of this chocolate. Natural vanilla extract is added to enhance the flavour of the bean. The high content of cocoa butter, a rich 37%, gives it a silken texture, making this bar pure couverture.
