Joel’s Holistics offers a transformative and heart-centred approach to wellbeing. Once devoted to festivals and escapism, we experienced a profound Kundalini awakening that changed everything — leading us to meditation, energy healing, and deep self-discovery. What began as an intuitive awakening has evolved into a path of study, discipline, and service. With over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and Reiki Master certification, we now guide others in reconnecting body, mind, and breath.
