Recovery of Shares from IEPF
Recovery of shares from the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) allows shareholders to reclaim shares transferred due to unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years under Sections 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders can recover them by filing Form IEPF-5 on the MCA portal and submitting required documents to the company.
