Purchase this kit if you wish to take advantage of radiant panel cooling with the DX2W-EX3 module controls. The kit comes wih a wall mount dewpoint transmitter and condensate alaem designed to connect to the options terminal strip of the DX2W-EX3 controls. The dewpoint transmitter tells the DX2W-EX3 controller the dewpoint based on indoor relative humidity and ambient temperature so that the controls can modulate the 3 way modulating mixing valve which comes with the DX2W-EX3 to produce chilled water temperatures slightly higher than the dewpoint temperature in order to prevent condensation. https://thermatlantic.com/radi....ant-panel-cooling-ki
